Entry to employment (e2e) is a government-funded scheme to help young people find the opportunities in life to help them into a career. We are looking for a variety of employers to offer work experience placements from a variety of sectors but particularly; warehousing, public sector, retail, leisure, childcare, hair and beauty and animal care.

- To spend time setting up a work placement
- To undergo a health and safety discussion so that we can help you ensure you are fully protected
- Mentoring time with student
- Travel and or lunch expenses
- A work placement for the duration of the students' e2e programme
How does it work
- Once you have registered your interest and we have asked you some clever questions to ascertain your needs we will help arrange a suitable match.
- You interview the young person to make sure there is a suitable fit
- The young person completes work experience with you for 1-4 days a week
- e2e pay for students' travel expenses
- An experienced mentor supports the young person whilst they are with your company in the placement.
